AI Mention Tracker

AI Mention Tracker finds out what AI models say about your brand. It asks three AI models the questions your customers ask, and reports back your mention rate, the sentiment, direct quotes, and which competitors get cited instead of you.

How to use it

  1. Open AI Mention Tracker and type your brand name.
  2. Add the questions your customers actually ask AI, the ones where you want to be the answer.
  3. Run the scan. Each question goes to three AI models.
  4. Read the verdict, then go question by question to see the quotes and who got cited instead.

Good to know

  • One finished scan uses one action.
  • Your scans are saved, so you can rerun the same questions next month and see whether you are gaining or losing ground.
  • Results are a snapshot of real answers, not a simulation, and answers vary run to run the way real AI answers do.

Your data

The scan sends your brand name and your questions to the AI models it checks. That is the whole point of the tool, and nothing else about your account goes along.

Tips

  • Write the questions the way customers type them, not the way your marketing page phrases them. The gap between those two is usually the finding.
  • A competitor cited on a question you should own is a content assignment, not just a sad statistic. Write the page that answers it.

Questions

Which AI models does it ask? +

Three of the major ones your customers are most likely to be asking. The scan shows which model said what, per question.

How accurate are the results? +

They are real answers collected at scan time. AI answers shift over time, which is why rerunning the same scan monthly is the honest way to track it.
