Mark wide, then tighten
Mark a little wide on the first pass, then narrow in. Cutting a second of dead air is easy; recovering a clipped first word is not. For a clip headed to social, trim to the moment itself. Context is what the caption is for.
Big files, honest limits
Rendering happens on your device, so very large files take a while and some patience. That is the trade for never uploading them: your computer does the work a server would otherwise do with your footage on it.
