Rows matching an existing name + company get updated (free, empty cells keep their current values); everything else gets added at one action each, with notes saved to their timeline. Up to 200 rows. Questions, answered

Do I need an account?

No. Start as a guest with 15 free actions, or create a free account for 75 actions every month. See pricing.

How is Client Follow-Up Tracker different from a big CRM?

It does one job: it tells you who to follow up with every morning and what to say. No pipelines to configure, no fields to customize, no training needed.

What does the morning follow-up tell me?

Exactly who has gone quiet and a draft of what to say to them, so no lead goes cold.

Can I import my contacts?

Yes. Import a CSV and Client Follow-Up Tracker matches them up for you.

Following up without a CRM, the short guide

How it works here

Add the humans, move them down the pipeline, and every morning the tracker tells you exactly who to follow up with and what to say. Follow-ups that come due also show up in the Monday note for that week. Adding a contact uses one action; everything else is free, and you can import contacts from a CSV instead of typing them one by one.

The two-minute habit

Set the follow-up date before you close the tab after every call. Two days is a good default for a warm conversation. The tracker does the remembering; your only job is telling it when future-you should care.

Keep the pipeline honest

Someone who has gone quiet for a month belongs in a later stage, not in today's list forever. A short, true list gets worked. A long, stale one gets ignored, which is how follow-ups die in bigger CRMs too. Bum Bum never emails your clients from this tool; the words are always yours to send.
