Bum Bum's toolbox
Your job hunt, in a suit.
Job Application Tracker is a job application tracker for people who hate spreadsheets. Add the roles, move them down the pipeline, and every morning it tells you exactly who to follow up with and what to say. Adding an application uses one action. Everything else is free.

Same fields as the form: company (required), role, contact name, contact email, job url, location, salary min, salary max, currency (CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, defaults to CAD), where found, date applied (YYYY-MM-DD), stage (new, applied, screening, interview_booked, waiting_next, offer, accepted, rejected, withdrawn), follow up (YYYY-MM-DD), notes, starred (1/yes), interview held (1/yes). Rows matching an existing company + role get updated (free, empty cells keep their current values); everything else gets added at one action each. The notes column fills each record's notes field. Up to 200 rows. Download a template
Questions, answered
Do I need an account?
No. Start as a guest with 15 free actions, or create a free account for 75 actions every month. See pricing.
How is this different from a spreadsheet?
It tells you who to follow up with every morning and drafts what to say. A spreadsheet just sits there.
What does the morning follow-up tell me?
Which applications have gone quiet and a draft follow-up note for each one.
Can I import my applications?
Yes. Import a CSV matched by company and role.

Tracking a job hunt without the dread, the short guide
How it works here
Add the roles you apply to, move them down the pipeline, and every morning the tracker tells you who to follow up with and what to say. Applications with a follow-up due show up in the Monday note for that week. Adding an application uses one action; everything else is free, and a CSV import saves typing a backlog in one by one.
Log it when it happens
Add the application the minute you submit it, while the posting link is still in front of you. Reconstructing a month of applications from your sent folder is the spreadsheet dread this tool exists to replace.
The follow-up that works
Five business days after applying is the sweet spot: polite, expected, and often the thing that resurfaces your name. The tracker never contacts an employer on your behalf. It tells you who and when; the email is yours.
