How it works here

Fill in your name, title, company, and contact details, pick from four layouts and an accent color, and watch the preview update as you type. Then copy the finished signature, formatted, straight into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail settings, or download it as an HTML file. Everything runs in your browser: your details are never uploaded or stored, and the form remembers them on this device for your next visit. Designing and previewing are free; the first copy or download in a visit uses one action.

Short beats complete

Name, title, one phone number, and one website beat a wall of links. Use your brand color as the accent, so the sign-off matches everything else you send. The signature itself is table-based HTML with inline styles, the format every mail app expects, which is why it survives the trip into settings intact.

The photo rule

A photo is optional and needs a public link, because email apps cannot carry image files inside a pasted signature; the signature points at the image address instead. Social links work the same way, as small linked icons. Set the signature up on a computer when you can: the Gmail app on your phone uses the signature you saved on desktop.

Questions, answered

Do I need an account?

No. Designing your signature is free and needs no account. Copying or downloading the finished signature uses one action: 15 free as a guest, 75 every month with a free account. Tweaking and copying again in the same visit is free. See pricing.

Does my information leave my browser?

No. The signature is built entirely on your device. Your details are not uploaded or stored. If you add a photo, it loads from the link you gave.

Why does the photo need a link?

Email apps cannot carry image files inside a pasted signature. Your photo has to already live at a public web address, like your website or LinkedIn image link, and the signature points at it.

Will it work in Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. The signature is plain table-based HTML, the format email apps expect. The copy button pastes it in formatted, ready to save in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail settings.

Can I change my signature later?

Any time. The form remembers your details on this device, so updating a title or phone number takes seconds. Paste the new version over the old one in your mail settings.
